I see you Suz. I didn't see any other posts from you until now, though.
With my old ISP, there was a period of a week or so where they had
upgraded their servers and they did something to the Msg ID header string
and it wasn't readable by other news servers so they couldn't be
propagated. Very frustrating and we kept showing the tech folks where
they problem was and it still took a while for them to fix it.
