FLORENCE, South Carolina (AP) -- An Army helicopter with three soldiers
aboard vanished during a training flight in bad weather, and a search
was under way Tuesday, authorities said.

The UH-60 Blackhawk was on a flight from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to
Florence when it was reported missing about 9:50 p.m. Monday.

Pam,

I'm assuming these are friends of yours and that you are all worried
sick. We are sending purrs and meatloaf meditations and recovery purrs
to NC in hopes that they find these soldiers soon and well. Purrs to
you and Rob as well as I'm sure you are terribly worried.

Thanks Julie,

We don't know the soldiers, but am sending purrs and sympathy thoughts
to their families. As you know, the helicopter was found this evening
and the soldiers didn't make it. The family and friends of the soldiers
as well as their unit have to be suffering more than anyone can say.
