You guys are so observant! Photoshop can create some amazing pictures. This
guy I work with specializes in putting the heads of male co-workers on
female bodies. He did a great one of this one guy in a wedding dress, and
even touched up his cheeks and eyelids with makeup. lol I don't even want
to speculate on why he does this.

hundreds of galleries of past images... some of the best work you'll find
anywhere.

You're telling me! lol I started looking through more of the site and I
can see I'll never get through most of it. I was looking at it with some
people from work (who all wanted the link, of course) and we laughed hard
at the category "stupid technology". Extreme Pez dispensers anyone? heh

I think the toilet is "real" enough, but it doesn't look as though it
were connected - no water in the bowl.

Actually, it is connected and there is water in it - I used a program to
'zoom' in and inspect it - and the cat has been digitally inserted into it!
the water is shallow (our own toilet is shallow like this - only 'fills up'
when it doesn't wanna stop flushing - gotta jiggle the handle to make it
stop ;) ), but should be covering the hind feet (judging by the way the cat
is laying), and there's some bright white around the front paw (near the
hind) and around the head that the 'editor' didn't (or couldn't) remove from
the original pic.

Also, another thing that makes me thing that this is a 'real' (as in
useable) toilet - if you look just to the left, there is one of those
plastic containers that holds the brush that is used to clean the toilet....

Definitely photoshopped - I zoomed in on it in a program, and there's some
whitish background that the editor wasn't able to cut from around the paws &
head - and also the water level is such that the back paws would be under
water & sopping wet - but they appear to be high-n-dry.
