I was thinking of her also the other day, and, Aim. Does any one know how
she is doing?

Last I heard from Hazel life was looking better for her. Aim also seemed
to be doing well, but very busy. I hope both are healthy and happy.

I'm glad they're doing well but sorry that we seem to have lost
them to RPCA. Hope they'll check in once in a while. While we're at
it, has anyone heard from the long-lost Bridget? Would like to know
how she and her dad and their kitties are doing.

Talked to Bridget today. She's had a rough week. Her dad went into
septic shock early last week and was very bad off. But he pulled out and
is back resting in the nursing home. She has a new-ish beau that she
sees very often and talks to even more. It's platonic, and they're not
exactly romantic, but they are really good friends. The kitties are
doing wonderfully.
Aim's hugely busy with work. I don't even think she's socializing very
much right now. She moved a month or so ago and hasn't had 'net access
from home. She's been doing it on her breaks from work. Hopefully that
will change soon for her. She's been sick off and on, work's kicking her
butt, so she's been down a good bit from that.

Thank you, Grace. I'm glad to hear Bridget and the kitties are
doing well but sorry that her dad had another setback. Hope he's
doing better now. Next time you talk to her, tell her we're thinking
of her, and also sending purrs and prayers for her dad.

Purrs to Bridget and her Dad. So sorry to hear about his trouble, but glad
that he is well again.

I recently got an off-line IM message from her, but have not managed to
catch her online for ages. She seems to be well. Hazel! Give us a holler,
will you? :o)

Ditto post here - I used to catch her online quite often, but not any
more. I miss Hazel!

Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for missing me, Jeanne. I have been very busy and rather
difficult to get ahold of. My mother let me know she didn't appreciate it
either. :-)
Anyway, the future is looking brighter even though I know I have a lot of
legal stuff to do yet. I have some more good opportunites on the horizon
and maybe will get my life back into shape in a couple of years. That is
extrememly encouraging.
Alex is getting close to his 16th birthday. He is supposed to get his
driver's permit this year and has just discovered girls a few months ago. I
now am not allowed to use the phone or the internet as he is busy talking to
all these new love interests.
The kitties are doing well. Shinobu just turned 18 years old and Dorrie 13.
Dorrie had to have a tooth out last Tuesday. She is now a much happier
kitty. Spooky is nearly 3 (can you believe it?) and Lucy is almost 7.
We finally named our little orphan kitty. We call her The Andelion or
Andelion Stretch. She is still in love with string, but more in love with a
friend of mine. When he came to visit a few nights ago, she ran to the door
and curtsied, then rolled all over his chair like a slut kitty and showered
him with attention. She likes me ok, I feed her, but she is crazy about
him. Alex is her second favorite and she usually sleeps with him.
My job is going fine--actually I love it. <knock wood> I hope it continues
to be as great as it has been. Of course the hot weather is coming and
working around 1000 F ovens in the heat of the day may take some of the fun
out of it. Still I'm am happy there and I thank all of you for the purrs
and prayers that help me get there.
I read catslaves nearly every day and try to look in on the group. You guys
talk too much! I have something like 10,000 messages to catch up on.
Anyone that wants to contact me can use my return e-mail address on this
message.
I miss all of you and I look forward to the time that I can spend some time
with you again. Hopefully when I get to quit my second job. Take care
everyone. Purrs and prayers to you all, I keep you all in my thoughts even
if I don't post very often.
Love
Hazel Az

It's so great to hear from you, Pam! I'm glad things are looking up and
that you like your job. Yay! Hopefully things continue along this line.
After all you've been through, you certainly deserve nothing but the best of
luck from now on. Take care and give the kitties a scritch from me. Hugs
and purrs,

I'm glad you got some internet time from your son to enable you to
reply :) I really appreciate the response and am delighted that all
is going well and you're so optimistic about your future. Wish it
could be *right now* instead of a couple years down the road but....
It's good that you like your job(s) but it must be pretty rough to
tackle two of them. Best wishes to you always - - and give all those
kitties a hug for me. Take care.
