The best cat, in Get Fuzzy was a Sunday where Satch finds Bucky Kat
laying on the floor in the kitchen by the refrigerator with a potted
plant broken on the floor.  Satch asks, what happened? Bucky says he was
on top of the refrigerator after Rob's last plant and just as he grabbed
it he slipped but couldn't let go of the plant.  As he fell he says his
whole life flashed before his eyes.  The final frame was Bucky saying,
"Man, I sure slept a lot"

Greetings...

I'm getting Beauregard's teeth cleaned this Friday.  I was forced to print
out this comic to bring in for the vet techs.  How timely can you get?

hehehe... reminds me of a cat named Salem.

Friend's cat, huge *huge* monster of a black cat that never left
kittenhood. He's so huge, you can't pack him without a back brace. And
he's nothing but a mama's boy. All baby and purrs and sweet sweet
loving.

But the vet techs refuse to see him again. He was that bad they
suggested a new vet down the street. It wasn't even teeth cleaning,
nothing invasive really, just a few shots but they couldn't *give* him
the shots until my friend was called to Come Get Her Cat... immediately.
In the end he was sedated and wrapped in blankets.

Salem got home and was pretty as you please, back to normal.

That's one PO'd Pussy!

One of my friends told me a story of her cat.  Cleo (the cat) hated taking
pills with the lady trying to disguise the pill by stuffing it into mince
meat, sardines etc but nothing worked.  Lady took Cleo to the vet and the
vet tried to pop the pill into Cleo's mouth.  SPIT!  Out shoots the pill,
sailing half-way across the surgery!  Apparently this was quite funny for
the humans present, but Cleo _still_ does the same trick.

LOL  Get Fuzzy is a must have around here.  I have this year's Get Fuzzy
calendar, and the first Get Fuzzy book.  There's something vaguely Pine
Conish about Bucky.
