I have a whole bottle of pomegranate juice and was wondering if anyone has some good recipes or ideas for it. But you can't always tell if they've been taste tested! I was wondering if anyone here has actually used it and had a fav. I did find an interesting one and I thought maybe I'd make some syrup for my hot cereal. That's easy enough. The recipes at RecipeSource are submitted by ppl who most probably have tried them out themselves. A search with the words "pomegranate juice" gave me one recipe where the search words were in the name of the recipe; Lamb ragout flavored with pomegranate juice. http://www.recipesource.com/main-dishes/meat/lamb/ragout-pomegranate1.html When I narrowed the search to just "pomegranate", it seems that pomegranate juice is a common companion with different meats. RecipeSource is a great place for finding a great variety of recipes.
