Today, while I was playing laser tag with my crew, horror of horror, the
batteries went dead! Luckily, I had a couple spares, but I must runn out
today and buy some more, or else I fear I will wake up with a dead mouse's
head on my pillow.....

I wish my cat would get ambitious enough to chase the dot. She will
reach for it if it gets close to her -- otherwise she cannot be
bothered.

That's a perfect description of Little Bit playing - if it's close
enough she may make a grab, but otherwise just watches. There's a
definite relationship here between who plays and who is most fit.
Sammy is lean and plays the most; Rocky plays ocassionaly and looks
just about right, and Little Bit seldom plays and is rather... full
figured

You are so right! TuTu is just plain porky. I don't think she eats a
lot, but she no longer plays very much.

Urk, now that's a threat that'd have me running to the all-night convenience
