Abby likes to lick my fingers or hand. When she first started doing this I
would rub the part of my hand she licked against her face. I thought she
wouldn't like this and stop licking me. She thinks I'm helping wash her
face. Now she will lick my hand and then rub her face on it.

She thinks your hand needs washing! And once it's clean, it's perfectly
acceptable for her to rub her face on it! LOL
