I was just sitting on my bed reading last night, munching on some club
crackers when Mischief jumped on the bed. I'm so occupied in my book
I turn just in time to see her chomp down on the cracker in my hand
and start munching on it. She even licked the crumbs off the blanket.
She just TOOK it, no head rubs or anything, the brat!
Oh, and when I put one in her dish, she turned her nose up at it.

Prey is no fun if you don't have to steal or chase it......

at least she licked up the crumbs! My cats would crunch on the cracker and
then leave a crumbly, soggy mess behind for me to clean up.

Shroder loves saltine crackers, he will even get them out of the
package. If my wife or I are eating crackers out of the package, he
will come over and get his own out. Not just one, either, but he will
take 2 at a time. On purpose.

One of my ex-wife's cats, Loomis (named after a fishin rod...), is a very
well behaved cat. If Mona (ex-wife) has a full bowl of potato chips one the
table, Loomis will sometimes get up on the table, nicely take ONE chip and
go down on the floor to eat it. And he does this only once. It's as if he
knows that it is wrong to do it, but he can't resist the smell. Mona thinks
it is so cute that he does it that way, that se pretends she doesn't see it.
