Mistofflees and Grizzy are now sound asleep after quite a hard day for all
of us. their daddy of four months has moved out and my marriage looks as if
it is over.
they have been superbly behaved over the last few days while i have packed
his stuff and he arrived today to take it all away.

Grizzy takes it all in her stride as she has a new foam football and has
just found the one she lost the week before christmas. Mistofflees has been
great and has treated me to one of his rare cuddles ( hes a boy and boys
dont so cuddles in his opinion unless mummy is upset). he has also had a new
toy.

i have missed quite a few posts so we are sending purrs to anyone that needs
them

Sounds like you could do with a few purrs of your own, Cati.
So sending mega purrs from down under that you get your life back on track.

Is that cat sleeps, or hoomin sleeps?  You're lucky that we aren't there
with the good ship "Mouser" to invade, er I mean, invite ourselves to
your reception.  We had lots of shrimpies and snacks at Vicki's wedding.

That would be hoomin sleeps.
You would be more than welcome, Bev and her DH will be along to represent
the ng, I am hoping that she will write up a report on the occasion! and
perhaps get a snap shot or two!

Depends, what are you serving at the recepsion?  Will there be shrimpies
there?  Lam?  Tuna?  Fish?  Beef?  Chicken or Turkey?  If so, save room,
we'll be ghosting on over.

OK you kitties!!!  Party at Lois' wedding!!  Be there or be starving for
goodies!

Sounds like you've been having a rough time. Many purrs coming over, and a
scritch for Mistoffelees for being such a good boy (Frank said to tell him
it's OK for boys to cuddle their Meowmies any time, though they're not
upset, because that means more treats for the boycat. He wishes).

Purrs and feel better thoughts and wishes for you and your furry owners,
Cati.

I'm sorry that things aren't working out right now.  Maybe it will get
better soon.  I know this is often considered a curse word, but
counseling does help, for you to get over the worst of this, if not
together as a couple.  Please consider it.  I haven't had the problems
with the marriage, but needed counseling for childhood trauma instead.
It does help.

Anyway, please let us know how you're doing.  We're here for you and
will be more than willing to give you moral support, and kitty litter
offerings to your hubby for being so stupid as to abandon a lovely
family like yours.

Purrs and prayers for you, cati.  Many of us have been through what you are
going through and are very sympathetic.  It will get better.  It will take
some time, but it will get better.  In the meantime we will be thinking of
you and sending some headbutts and meatloaf meditations.
