It was not 1000 messages, it was 4000 (is that possible?). My ISP
deletes messages after a while, so I missed a bunch. It might be a while
before I catch up.
I hope everybody had a great time while I was gone, I sure did. I took
my parents on a weekend trip to a nearby town and we indulged with great
meals and lots of sightseeing. Then came the whole family! All five
sisters (two of them visit for x-mas every other year) and even my
brother! He hadn't spent x-mas for the family in a decade! He had
threatened to show up, but nobody believed him. He suddenly showed up at
11:30pm on the 23rd! Mom was very happy to have all her children
together. All 10 of my nephews and nieces were there, the little ones
running and screaming everywhere non-stop from 6am till 11pm. I call it
my child therapy... :)
It was a lot of fun even though I managed to catch the bug the little
ones were spreading and I'm sick as a d*g. Luckily it's a bacterial
infection and I'm taking the necessary antibiotics.
Tom had a great holiday too with his parents. The kids were well taken
care of by our sitter and they didn't get into trouble!

Best to all!

Welcome Home!  I'm sorry  you caught a bug.  I'm glad your holiday was good.

Get well soon.

Sounds like a wonderful Christmas.  Glad its only a bug and not a virus,
easier to get rid of.  Such is life around kids.  They are wonderful, but
wasn't the quiet when you got home a relief too?

Bet the kits were most happy to see you home.

Jo

Welcome back!
I'm glad to read that you had a good Christmas; we did too.  I'm sorry
to read you're sick; we are too.  Eerie coincidences?  ;-)
