Either summer is gone (or mostly gone) or Fall is a tad early, or
(unfortunately) this is fall-out from Hurricane Katrina.  I've got the
windows open, fans blowing and Persia *demanded* I let her out on the patio
in her Kitty Walk.  She's out there staring at nothing, just being her usual
sweet self.  Photos to follow :)

It's still hot here. What's your temp today? Cats are out on their
morning constitutional, but they'll be knocking on the door soon as it
heats up. (Yes, they really do knock!)

Right now it's still only 73F but the humidity is 65%.  Still, it feels cool
outside (compared to the 90's from last week) and any chance I get to not
run the A/C is a chance I'll take!  I'll surely have to turn it on later; it
doesn't hit peak temps around here until between 2PM and 4PM.

We here in Central Florida had our windows open from yesterday until about
an hour ago when the inside temp reached 90.  We had low enough humidity to
do so.  Our lovebugs are back, which means it's the end of summer.  yay!  I
think it's coming early this year!
