Progress Report

I'm groing fast, a pound and a half (0.7Kg) in my 5 weeks in my forever
home, and am now able to hold my own in rumbles with the Seniorcats and
assert my superior status over the D-pet.

My Hoomin's providing a fine varied diet, lots of play and
loadacuddles&snuggles. He's also fairly bright, 'cos I've found it quite
easy to teach him to play "throw" while he thinks he's teaching me to
play "fetch". I only had to bring him my favourite chasey toys, those
blue milk-carton tops or a nice Biro (ballpoint pen), a couple of times
and he quickly picked up my instruction to whizz them away for me to
chase until I get tired of the game and choose not to return. Like
Pavlov taught those d-things, I've got MH conditioned to respond
appropriately to any given stimulus. It works when I'm hungry, too, and
lead him to my dining area.

I can now give as good as I get in the licking department, too, so the
Seniors are getting their share of wet heads. It helps the bonding
process as I bend everyone to my will.

I'm told there's been lots of wind and water "over the pond" making lots
of hoomins & their owners homeless, so I'd like to send my best purrs,
which are loud and rumbly like a 1930's motorboat I'm told, for loved
ones to be reunited and homes remade just as quickly as possible.

MH has put some new pictures up again, wich I hope you enjoy:

LOL, I like your title, Claudius! Glad you are faring so well in your
new home. Very nice pictures. You certainly have lovely eyes.

We're sending our purrs across the pond, as well.
