When I wake up early and wander into the kitchen for food, soda, water, ninja
weapons or the such, Harvey is always right there, yelling at me. I don't get
it. He has food and water. What's he yelling at me for?

slave + kitchen = food -- always to a cat...they live in eternal hope that
something new may alway magically appear in their food bowls anytime
slave+kitchen occurs, no matter if they've just been fed either!

You're missing the point. Sure he has food and water - but it
wasn't put down by you NOW.
