"Shut Up, Stop Whining & Get A Life"
by
Larry Winget
ISBN 0-471-65465-5
"I lovingly dedicate this book to all the crap that ever
happened to me. It has made me what I am. It caused
me to read, to search, to pay attention, to learn, to
detach, to accept, to gain perspective, and to create the
life I have always wanted.
Without all of the crap that ever happened to me, I
would be like 99.9 percent of the world: leading a life of
mediocrity, full of blame, resentment, and whining.
I needed the crap to happen to me because without
it, there would be no book for you to read and you
would have no reason to listen to me.
So for every crappy thing that ever happened to me,
I give thanks!"

Actually, it's a pretty good book. I've got a
well worn copy that's probably passed through
100 hands.
It's a little on the edge, but a great book to give
to the chronic whiners we all encounter in life.

LOL! I guess I left myself open to that one.
Actually, I saw him on one of the late night talk shows
and bought his book the next day (with a certain
individual in mind). It really is a good book, though, and
it makes for some enjoyable reading whether you're a
chronic whiner, or not.
