And this is impossible because?

Well, mostly because Pearl isn't fond of other cats and why stress her out
with a kitten when we just found a heart problem. If one tumbled into my
life I would not turn it away, but I can't see going out and just adopting
one because *I* want it. I was only supposed to have two in this place, but
they let me, so I suppose I could again. Mostly, I'm just not sure about the
whole stress thing. I just miss having a boy, but that is selfish.

Good reason, you're excused :-)
If it's for the wellbeing of another feline master, case closed.

PS I think the 1st F must stand for "Frenetic" the way all 3 lads chase
& play now.
Even Raki's getting more active, dashing to join me in the kitchen
regularly on the
offchance of a feed (obviously as a diligent catslave I'm in there
preparing various
kitten meals etc. a LOT).

Better be, he was asleep. I could never get him to stay still long
enough for two photos otherwise. He's a real Action Man.
As I'm sure Caliban will prove to be, if Miranda lets him.

Caliban is never still except when he drops down and falls asleep. He
mostly wants to fall asleep on top of me, and as close to my face as
possible, so I often have a purry stripey thing on my chest or even on
my neck, kneading away at any exposed skin he can find, be it neck or
face or arms.

Perhaps we could christen the position "upsidedowndytum"?
