I was playing with my young (around 8 months) cat with the belt she
likes to chase after and as she jumped up to catch the belt she fell on
her side instead of falling on her legs. She doesn't seem to be limping,
crying, or anything. All in all she seems fine but can I be sure?

Thanks!

It would be best if you did take her to the vet to get Xray'd.  Just to be
safe.
