I have 2 cats and one I recently adopted back in mid July.  She has been
using the litter box up until 2 weeks ago.  I am finding feces under the
bed, in corners, and under the entertainment center.  She is a 5 1/2 year
old silver persian.  There are 2 litter boxes in the house and they are
kept very clean.  The 2 cats ignore eachother for the most part after a
rocky start.  She uses the litter box to urinate.  Any suggestions on what
I can do to make sure she uses the litter box all the time?

I've been having a similar problem, and I tried putting food down where she
had been.. after cleaning the spot.
That seems to have worked for her.  But another suggestion I was given was
to put tin foil down where she was going, that stops them apparently!

Any signs or diarhea or constipation?

It does sound like it could be some sort of territorial thing or not
wanting to share a box combined with not wanting to pee & poop in the
same box (lots of cats are like that).

I think you should try adding a third box, maybe in different area of the
house. If something scared her while using pooping in one of the current
boxes she might have a bad association with using the box where it is
now.

Also, maybe a different type of litter, the fine grained scoopable seems
to be popular with many cats. Most litter brands say to use only an inch
or two, but some of my cats really like to dig and I keep one large size
box with 3 or 4 inches of litter. They seem to use that box a lot for
pooping. They generally go pee in one of the shallower boxes though.
