Does anyone know where or how I can get free annual shots for my dogs and
cats?

In my country everyone has to pay.  It costs me about $100 for my two cats to be vaccinated.

Contact your local animal shelter/humane society.  Some have low-cost
clinics on site, others can refer you to low-cost clinics in your area.

Since you're on Yahoo/SBC, I'm going to ASSume you're in the USA, and that
means there are NO free clinics for animals, just low-cost (and then you
have to fill out all sorts of paperwork, disclosing your income to see if
you qualify for the subsidy).

If you take on an animal, that means finicial responsibilty as well.
