I have two cats one is a three year old female and the other is a male about
8 months.  At first they didn't get a long and the female hissed at him.
Stayed away from him.  Then, actually pissed on my bed when

But right after that they bonded, groomed, slept together, etc.

The other day I took the male to get neutered and he spent one night away.
When I brought him home she acted like she didn't know him, hissed at him,
would not go near him.

Then the ultimate thing happened she crapped on my bed.

I love her so much, but this crossed my boundary.  I have a huge lot of
land.  Right now she is outside (with food, water, litter box) and wants in
(cries and scratches) but when she looks threw the screen door and sees the
male she hisses and walks away.

Does anyone have any advice?  Or heard anything like that?

The boy cat came back from the vet smelling like the vet, not like himself.
Take a towel (or T-shirt) and rub the female cat & yourself with it and then
rub the male.  This will make the male smell like the female & yourself.
This may not work the first time.  After a while the male will start to
smell like himself again, and things will return to "normal".

Yes, very good advice, and I believe it will work. Cats are very
sensitive to smells; your poor kit probably came home smelling of gawd
knows what--dogs, anesthesia, other cats, who knows?
