My male cat just started acting as if he cannot walk after jumping down
from from things like chairs.  It is as if his hind legs are not right, he
has been to the vet just last week and was found to be normal.  He almost
acts like he is drunk, but then after a few moments, he is fine and walks,
runs, and plays like normal.  Does anyone have any idea what could be
wrong with him???

Sounds like you need to call the vet again.

I took him back the vet last night, and after a huge vet bill and much
testing he has a disorder.  The most we can do for him now is make him
comfortable, and when his condition gets worse, we will have him put to
sleep.
