I got a cat from the SPA and dearly love him. He follows me like a dog,
starts pacing at around 10:oo pm which is usually the time I go to bed, and
should I decide to come downstairs on the computer instead of bed, well, he
comes down, waits in the stairs and when I am ready to go upstairs he rushes
to the bedroom. I have had him since Easter and saw a vet because he eats
and barfs undigested food. I mean it's just down the hatch and out so it
isn't even gross to pick up. That happens about 2 or 3 times a week. The vet
put him on Prescription Hill Diet I/D but I still have the problem. I am
supposed to have a complete (bilan de sante) excuse my french but it's blood
work and all to check for liver problems and all. Cost is about $280.00.
Before I take him in was wondering if any of you have had that problem and
what did you do.
By the way Mr Romeo doesn't get out of bed until I do. If it's past 7:30am
he starts licking my hair, which I stop righ away or putting a paw in my
face.Soooooo adorable.
He is a short hair tabby and We brush him about twice a day. I know the
problem is hair and I got the gel that you buy in a pet shop but that seems
to worsen the case. Tried mineral oil which once worked on one of my cats
but no can do.
Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks

Sounds to me like a simple case of the cat eating too fast.
Try giving him a spoonful at a time.

I have two kittens. Both are about 12 weeks old and are from different
litters so they are not related. Both of them seem to throw up quite a
bit. My older cats dont have this problem, just the two kittens. I was
wondering if anyone would have any idea why my two kittens continue to
throw up?
