no, but it'll throw up after dining on D-Con pellets

If you're switching the diets on them, yes, they will throw up. Ease them
into the new food gradually and they'll be fine.

On the other hand, feeding D-Con to NetTrolls wouldn't be a bad idea.

Or giving them Dr. Valentine irrigations with hydrochloric acid...

Cats need to be switched gradually to a new food. K/D is used for
kidney problems, and the kidney problem itself can cause the cat to
vomit. When one of my cats was diagnosed with a hyperthyroid
condition, he would vomit right after he ate something. The vet said
that the higher T-4 level had caused kidney problems, which in turn
caused the vomiting, and recommended K/D. Once I started treating the
cat with methimazole (for the thyroid problem) and had completely
switched to K/D, the vomiting stopped.
