Just about any cat food can cause urinary problems (some brands are
worse than others, of course), depending upon the individual cat. I
used to feed my cats Pro Plan and a couple of them had trouble with
urinary tract infections. I switched to Science Diet years ago and
haven't had a problem since (knock on wood). If your cat is doing well
on Pro Plan, that's wonderful. Urinary tract infections are NO FUN for
anyone!
