what in the flea collar on a nursing cat, would cause her kittens to become
anemic?

They could be allergic to something in the collar.  Take them to a vet
asap!

Oh i did, immediately, i was just wondering if anyone knew the exact
chemical that made the kittens anemic.

Was your vet not able to provide any answers?

As far as I know, anemia isn't the result of an alergic reaction.
