I noticed this morning that my cat weezer had what apeared to be chapped
lips,..what I would call really bad,..does anyone know what i can do for
her.she doesn't seem sick or anything
out of normal, if you can help me out please email me..thanks

I didn't know cats could have chapped lips! I didn't know cats had enough
lips to be chapped but I think that you might check with the vet to see if
can help! Don't sound serious! :)

Fred,
Plastic food and water dishes are a common cause for lip, mouth problems for
cats. Toss em if you got em and get glass/ceramic. This may be a bacterial
infection in the works from the plastics, so take weezer to your vet to
treat it. If left untreated it can become much worse .. it's good that you
are as observant as you are and have caught this in an early stage.
