My cat is in heat and has gone missing. Shes been an indoor cat for
about a year and a half , and somehow got out not even 24 hours ago.
What are the chances of her coming home? I don't care if she comes home
pregnant,I just want her back. Also, any suggestions. Please help, I"m
heartbroken

~I want to love but it comes out wrong. I want to live but I don't
belong. I close my eyes and see blood and roses~

~The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to talk,
mad to live, mad to be saved, desirious of everything at the same time.
The ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing but burn, burn, burn,
like fabulous yellow roman candles shooting like spiders across the sky
and in the middle you see the blue centerlight pop and everybody goes
wow~

On my Catpage, there are two articles on this subject, namely:

by Sharon Talbert, Seattle, WA, USA

with an addendum by Jenna Steele

There are also links to a couple of other places.  I hope that the
advice in these articles helps, and that you find your lost cat.

MY cat's back. She didn't actually come home. My neighbors heard a cat
crying, and trying to get through my back fence. She couldn't due to my
two dogs. Anyway, they thought it could be her and came to get me. Turns
out she had ben living underneath the old abandoned house directly
behind me! I had BEEN there calling her and shaking food. lol. Anyways I
walked around the back yard and called her. When I turned around, she
was there. She wouldn't let me catch her and ran back under the house. I
left, came back a few minutes later, and she was out from under the
house. I finally got her to come to me, somehow, and snatched her sorry
little butt up and carried her home. I almost feel guilty, like I'm
forcing her to be here :( but she was trying to come home. This little
mutt had the nerve to walk around the kitchen, meowing for food, like
nothing had happened :P I"m so happy to have her back. She's barelly
left my side, so I'm guessing she missed me too. I've realized how much
she meant to me. I'm praying she didn't contract leukemia...can that
happen through sex. I'm sure she's pregnant but we're getting a cat
abortion/ spaying thing done. lol. Anyways , thanks for the support and
info. I'm soooo happy she's back!
