Is there anything on the market that is healthy for my cat and will
help with her shedding? I love my cat to death but her hair is
everywhere!!

Two things come to mind. In addition to a daily grooming, a high quality
diet.

i've discovered cats don't really need help shedding.   :)

Nor can you prevent them from shedding.  I brush my cat every day, but she's
a Maine Coon, and so fuzzy she looks like she has a lion's mane.  She only
tolerates so much brushing.  The best tool you can have is one your cat will
absolutely hate, a good vacuum cleaner.
