ok, so my cat came and fetched the last kitten a while ago and moved it,
so i followed. she took it into the pub next door to where i live through
a broken window and into a store room. this area is easily accessible to
anyone and the guy who owns the pub has vicious dogs. should i move the
kittens back? i'm worried that if i do, the cat will fetch them again and
move them somewhere even worse. please help!

Yes, you should move them, and make sure this time that she cannot get
out while carrying one of the kittens.

When the cat's away there are fewer hairs on the armchair.

For goodness sakes...go get 'em!!
put them in a very, very quiet area of your house, and shut the door...give
her a litter box, food and water...if you have a spare guest room, this
would be perfect.
It's normal for cats to do this, but my suggestion is that as soon as the
kittens are weaned...get 'em to the SPCA, or to loving homes that will care
for them, and neuter/spay them.
Then, get Mummy into the vets for a check up and spaying...then if you want
to keep her...care for her and love her.

Yes take the kittens back and find a way to keep them in your
house so they can see & smell you and get used to humans or
they will grow up wild.
