I wondered where all the posts were going -- recognized early it was
getting into an explosive area and blocked the thread. Since then,
when my newsreader retrieves messages there have been astronomical
numbers of messages for alt.animals.cat (115 was the max), but all I'd
get would be one or sometimes nothing.
So, how's your cat? Archie had a rough time there for a little while
-- a reaction to a distemper vaccine, which we've all decided he's not
going to get any more as he doesn't need it, and subsequent
complications -- but he's picked up really well now and is back to his
usual self. He'll be eight in January and overall has enjoyed really
good health through the years, though he did get obese at one point.
He's on a "senior" formulation now, though, and is really shaping up
well now. I hope to keep him at an ideal weight as he gets into his
"golden years." Sigh. The years go so quickly, don't they.

My cat is great, he will be 5 in Feb. if the SPCA info is correct. I
think my cat has put on a little weight, we can't go out to the park for
walks, too cold and too much snow, he does chase after a toy mouse when
thrown but will get bored after a few minutes. Cheers.
