Do adult female cats menstrate? Do they leave blood stains in the
house? Or will they use the kitty litter?

Also, do all cats mark their territory in the house with pee or poo?

I think I caught my cat doing it on the side of the couch once. Just
once.  I'm wondering if he does it in secret. Cause he knows how mad i
gets.

No, they mark the boundary of their territory.

If you attempt to keep a cat indoors 24/7 then you are limiting their
territory to your house, you can therefore expect some territory
marking even from a neutered animal.

If you are a good owner and allow your cat outside for at least some
time each day then it would be a sign of mental or physical illness if
a cat started to foul there den (your home).

Thanks for the knowledge regarding menstration and peeing/pooing.

Btw, I do let my cat roam freely in and out of the house in the
daytime. On cold nights, I let him in.

Sound like a purrrfect life :)

In general I advocate keeping cats in at night, though in the really
warm summers mine do sometimes get to stay out. However, I do make
sure they are in for about an hour either side of dusk/dawn because
that is the period when they are most at danger from other wildlife or
traffic. It is also the time when the represent the most danger to
other wildlife as well.

About the Menstratuation Part.
I have found blood stains around on parts of the furniture where my cat lays.
So im not sure what's wrong with her...I did hear that cats have a
menstatuation cycle.
