I just recently found a website where those who has suffered horrible losses
or experiences with there pets due to the recent pet food recall are posting
their stories. It is a great way for people to vent their problems, tell
their stories and even post pictures of their pets. The food companies are
NOT taking any responsibity for this horrific nightmare we are all going
through and maybe this website can make a difference. They forget, pets are
a part of are family too. We need to hold them accountable.

Go to www.petfoodnightmares.com   to share your Thoughts.

Paul,

What would you hold the manufacturers responsible for? This tragedy is
not their fault. The material that they purchased was contaminated. It's not
practical to test such raw material for any and all possible contaminants.
The manufacturers have expressed concern and seem to have got the word out
about the problem. Their reputation has been damaged and they have to recall
and dispose of the contaminated food.
I think that the food companies are not at fault, this is the growers'
responsibility. They produced and sold the bad material.

Au contraire.

We make it practical by exacting a heavy price for not doing it.
That's called civil liability. We do it all the time. We also vote
with our dollars. That's called bankruptcy for the losing company.
We do it all the time.

Just watch out they don't feed it to the chickens you are eating.
That will be next. It will go somewhere. It represents somebody's
money. It's not going to go to a landfill until force or the threat
of force is brought to bear. This is the world we live in.

Maybe. How do you get at them?

You've heard the phrase "deep pockets"? That ain't the growers.
