Hi, I'm thinking about getting a cat but my neighbours wouldn't want it
to roam onto their property all the time. Are there any particular cats
that don't have a tendancy to roam or can they be taught to stay near
home? Thanks

No if you let a cat outdoors it is going to roam. If you want to have a
cat outside and not roam you need to cat proof your property to prevent it
from getting out
