Almost all cats do enjoy the outdoors. The problem is that the outdoors is
full of dangers such as cars, dogs, and who knows what else.
A not very expensive solution is to build what I'll dub an "outdoor cat
room". This can be a ten foot square, eight foot high, screened enclosure
which can be accessed by a cat door. Inside the enclosure can be such as tree
trunk with a few limbs or just a pole with perches so the cat has something
to climb on. The top can be partly covered so the cat has shelter when it
rains but still has access to sun when it is not raining.
Some years back when we lived on a busy street we built such a cat room and
our two cats loved it, spending a great share of their time using it. A side
benefit was that we were able to put their litter box in the cat room.

Good idea but what good is it without any information on the "room"?
Pictures, details, construction, etc?
