well short of getting another kitten, the response is correct. I had 3, 2
littermates and 1 stray. I have lost the 2 littermates (13 yrs old) and my
stray now "talks" ALL THE TIME. Short of getting another kitten, it will be
the best and they will play together. Remember that if you have more than 1
be sure on of them is fixed if opposite sexes and if same sex, both are
fixed.... Better to have all your pets fixed so that they liver longer
lives if not consistently breeding... although there is not a high demand
for cat breeding that I am aware of.

Get your kitten a "baby" in the form of a stuffed animal. Rub it all
over your body before you take a shower and then give it to the
kitten. This will give your kitten something soft that reminds it that
it is loved. Also, be sure to supply a quiet place for your kitten to
sleep. You can also play a "video catnip" DVD on the TV when you don't
want to be holding your cat - including when you go out.
Your baby is in a new environment, with people s/he doesn't know and no
other cats. It is afraid and lonely. Bond with your kitten by playing
a lot with it. Love it. It will adjust to life in your home.
